Applicants simply enter their skill set and preferred locations, for your job to appear before them. There is a choice of display, either a single line title and location of each matching vacancy, or a summary display of the vacancy itself. Applicants may choose the type of display themselves and how they wish to browse your vacancies.
Speed
Agencies may enter their vacancies on line directly to our web site and their vacancies are instantaneously available for candidates to search. Contrast this with some legacy job boards, which only update their search engine once or twice a day. It may be several hours before potential candidates can find your vacancy and apply, even though you entered it 'on line'.
