Campsie is a rapidly expanding estate agency in the Thames Valley, and part of the Orchard & Shipman plc property services group which employs over 160 staff in eight different offices. We have a well-established residential lettings department that services the western M4 corridor through four key branches in Slough, Staines, West Drayton and Windsor - with huge scope for further growth. This is why we are now recruiting for confident, enthusiastic, positive individuals who are passionate about lettings and who want to be part of our continued success. The role will involve development of new lettings business within the geographical area of operation, and contributing towards the overall growth of the Campsie Lettings network. Strong commercial awareness is key to this role, as well as proactively being able to identify new business opportunities and maximise income streams through the sale of services that are appropriate to our clients and their needs. In addition, the ideal candidates will be ARLA-qualified, or willing to study for this qualification, and have demonstrable client-facing sales experience.
